What happens if my Space Walk needs repairs?
We carry a 2 year warranty on all our Space Walk Premium units and a 1 year warranty on our Standard Space Walk’s and Interactive units. If service is needed during this time, prepay your freight, send it in and we will do a complete service to the unit.
How many people does it take to set up a Space Walk?
All of our Space Walk’s (Premium and Standard) are usually a 1 person job. Some of the bigger Slides and Interactive units would require 2 people.
How long does it take for a Space Walk to inflate and deflate?
Space Walk’s inflate in under 3 minutes and deflate in under 10 minutes. Some of the bigger Slides and Interactive units may take a few minutes longer.
Can I have my Company name and number put on the Space Walk?
Yes. We make our signs in-house and can either have them sewn or glued onto the unit.
Can Spacewalk build a custom piece?
Yes. Space Walk Interactive is in the unique position of having the ability to fulfill almost any type of “Custom” requirement. Our staff possesses over 40 years of vinyl manufacturing experience and has produced an extremely wide array of custom detailed and highly regarded craftsmanship. No shortcuts are ever taken, insuring the customer a high quality, custom built piece of equipment.
For over 20 years, we have specialized in the construction of “Air Packs”, an inflatable safety cushion. This product is used by Fire Departments worldwide.
