I just wanted to take a minute, during this, our "slower" time, and drop you a short note of appreciation for the products and service that you have offered our stores in the last number of years.

As you are aware, we have 2 stores here in Southeastern Pennsylvania, and have stocked your moonbounces in the rental departments at both of our locations. Needless to say, we have done very well with our party rental business, and some of that can be attributed to the quality of your products.

Whether you were aware of it or not, we have stocked bounces and slides that were purchased from some of your competitors, and to be honest, they were less expensive. However, we quickly learned that the quality of these items from other vendors was very poor. Some, in fact, were falling apart after the first or second rental. That has not been the case, however, with yours. Although more expensive, we have learned that quality counts.

We purchased our first inflatable from Spacewalk in January, 1998. Since then we have purchased several more. All are still in service with minimal repair and maintenance. Spacewalk products have proven to be favorites with our customers and have given us great return on our investment.

The personnel at Spacewalk are great folks to work with-always very helpful. We value that relationship and look forward to many more years of dealing with Spacewalk.
